In this 21 day program, we will focus on adapting key new habits to transform health. This program combines diet, with the most effective cardio and strength workouts to help you transform and achieve results. This challenge is designed to be fun driven and way to get fit.

1. Detailed introduction call via zoom or google meet
2. Meal plan with detailed instructions on how to follow it

4. Daily accountability tracking
5. Continuous motivation and monitoring
6. Live exercise sessions 5 days a week with an instructor trained under @DanceWithDeepti. Includes mix of cardio and strength training. Exercise session timings will be 8:15 IST or 5 PM IST or 6 PM IST. This will depend on majority vote of the group. If sessions are not attended, then YouTube guidance links will be provided.
A 4 week 1-on-1 consultation and coaching to ensure you achieve your health goals. Primary areas of my focus include PCOD, thyroid, weight loss, and lifestyle modification.
